dr. fish in gangnam can be tricky to locate. so here is how it looks like from the outside. to get there... take exit #6 out of gangnam subway station and walk straight about 5 minutes. past the krispy kreme. it is on the second floor of the building.
this adventure was with the navy spouses. some of the spouses were saying that a similar experience in wa dc can easily cost $50. this is a favorite destination because it is unique, fun and interactive. a pretty cool evening meeting at the yongsan garrison and riding the subway.
this is a fave - toast honey (i will get back with the official name) that was first sampled in tom n tom's cafe. so when we saw this in the menu... oh well gotta have it!
for 2,000 won, you can have tiny fishes nibble you. it has the chin chin fish which is tad smaller than the garra ruffa.
you pick which tank you want to indulge in. there are two wooden tank and has two kinds of fishes as mentioned earlier. here we go!
the fish will suck you and supposedly release enzymes that are good for you. it is a friendly nibble and ticklish. rhett was laughing wholeheartedly. (mommy chickened out and did not dip.)
